We're expanding our team and looking for driven, high-integrity professionals who want ownership, impact, and a front-row seat to a rapidly scaling political technology platform.
The Role
We're hiring a Project Manager to take new clients from onboarding to live, then keep them running smoothly across every election cycle. You own onboarding, launch readiness, and ongoing account management for clients of every size, from local campaigns to large national programs.
You sit between the sales team, leadership, and clients, turning closed deals into launched, well-run messaging operations. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on whether clients succeed at their most important moments.
What You'll Do
Onboarding & Launch
- •Guide new clients from onboarding to their first live campaign
- •Handle the registrations and approvals required before messaging can go live
- •Set up client projects and accounts so they're ready to launch
- •Coordinate timelines so clients are prepared well ahead of key deadlines
Account Management
- •Manage a portfolio of small, medium, and large accounts after close
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing client needs
- •Keep accounts organized, compliant, and on track across election cycles
- •Spot and resolve issues before they affect delivery
Coordination & Execution
- •Work closely with the sales team to hand off and launch new accounts
- •Partner with leadership on priorities, process, and client escalations
- •Keep internal records and project status accurate and up to date
Who You Are
Required
- •Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- •Able to manage many accounts and deadlines at once
- •Clear, professional communicator with clients and internal teams
- •Able to learn technical and compliance-driven concepts quickly
- •Calm under pressure, especially around deadlines
- •Self-directed and accountable
Nice to Have
- •Project or account management experience
- •Political campaign, agency, or advocacy background
- •Familiarity with SMS/MMS, compliance, or regulated communications
- •Experience with project management and CRM tools
