Political Comms is a high-volume political SMS/MMS platform used by campaigns, agencies, PACs, nonprofits, and advocacy organizations nationwide. We support mission-critical messaging at scale with fast onboarding, transparent workflows, and industry-leading performance — especially during high-pressure election cycles.

We're expanding our sales team and looking for driven, high-integrity professionals who want ownership, upside, and a front-row seat to a rapidly scaling political technology platform.

The Role

We're hiring a Client Growth Manager / Account Executive to own the full customer lifecycle — from outbound prospecting and deal execution to long-term account growth and retention.

This is a quota-carrying role with real responsibility and meaningful upside. You'll work directly with senior leadership, influence go-to-market strategy, and manage relationships that compound over multiple election cycles.

What You'll Do

Business Development & Sales

  • Prospect and engage campaigns, PACs, agencies, consultants, and nonprofits
  • Run outbound email, LinkedIn, and referral-driven outreach
  • Qualify leads based on fit, timing, and scale
  • Lead product demos and close new accounts
  • Own deals from first contact through activation

Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and grow accounts across election cycles
  • Identify opportunities to expand usage and deepen relationships
  • Advise clients on best practices for political SMS/MMS
  • Maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships

Pipeline & Execution

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deal notes
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue progression
  • Provide regular updates on activity and performance

Who You Are

Required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and client-facing conversations
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Able to learn technical and compliance-driven concepts quickly
  • Self-directed and accountable

Nice to Have

  • Political campaign, agency, or advocacy experience
  • SaaS or technology sales background
  • BDR, AE, or full-cycle sales experience
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
